Terms ofService
Last updated: April 12, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 4Paid analytics platform, including our website, dashboard, tracking pixel, APIs, and related services (the "Service") operated by 4Paid ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
4Paid is a web analytics platform that enables you to understand how users interact with your websites and applications. The Service includes a JavaScript tracking pixel, an event ingestion API, a real-time analytics dashboard, and related tools.
The Service is currently in public beta. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change. We provide the Service "as is" during the beta period.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity may maintain multiple projects but only one account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Send fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading analytics data to the Service
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, projects, or data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without appropriate legal basis
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tracking pixel complies with applicable privacy laws in the jurisdictions where your users are located. This includes providing appropriate disclosures in your own privacy policy.
You own the analytics data collected from your websites. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
6. API Keys and Security
API keys authenticate data sent to your projects. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not expose API keys in public client-side code beyond the tracking pixel's intended use (the data-api-key attribute).
If you believe an API key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from the Settings page and generate a new one.
7. Beta and Pricing
The Service is free during the public beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If and when paid plans are introduced, we will provide reasonable notice and you will have the option to continue on a free tier or upgrade.
During the beta, we may impose usage limits, modify features, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by 4Paid and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
The tracking pixel code is provided for use on your websites as part of the Service. You may not modify, redistribute, or resell the pixel code independently.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During the public beta, we do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for any decisions made based on analytics data provided by the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Paid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may delete your account and terminate your use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your account data and analytics data will be deleted. This action is irreversible.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
